Job summary

Thales España Sistemas in Leganés, Madrid, offers a one-year full-time Finance Internship as part of the Talent Programme. You will work on variances analysis, accounts receivable/payable, and preparing periodic reports for management, with support during audits and in the SII system.

The programme includes a Master’s degree via Nebrija University, 21 days of holiday, and a monthly gross salary of 1150 euros, plus flexible working hours in a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Business Administration or similar.
• High level of English and Spanish, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Identification of variances/discrepancies and proposal of corrective measures.
• Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable management: tracking of invoices and goods receipts.
• Preparation of periodic reports to be submitted to management.
• Support during audits.
• Review of invoice uploads to the SII (Immediate Information Supply System).
• Completion of surveys and questionnaires for various public entities.
• Support in daily treasury/cash management operations.
• Support in the 2027 Electronic Invoicing project.
