Descripción de la vacante

SGS is seeking a Finance Data & BI Technical Lead to own end-to-end data solutions for the Finance domain, from ingestion to reporting. The role will lead a BI delivery team and act as the technical authority for Finance data products built on Snowflake, DBT, Azure Data Factory and Power BI.

You will collaborate with senior Finance stakeholders, drive Agile delivery, and mentor the team while contributing hands-on when needed.

Formación

Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
Strong experience delivering end-to-end data solutions in Finance environments.
Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
Hands-on mindset with leadership capability.

Responsabilidades

Own the technical delivery and quality of Finance data & BI solutions.
Lead the design and implementation of: Data pipelines, Data models and marts, Reporting and dashboards.
Ensure alignment with data governance, architecture standards and best practices.
Act as Tech Lead on Finance data initiatives (design, estimation, delivery oversight).
Collaborate closely with senior Finance stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
Provide technical guidance and mentoring to the delivery team.
Contribute hands-on when needed (development, troubleshooting).
Drive Agile delivery and CI/CD practices (Azure DevOps / GitHub).
Continuously improve the Data & BI framework and ways of working.
