Lynx is seeking an Accounting & Finance Analyst in Madrid to join their Finance team. This role involves accounting, financial operations, and data analysis responsibilities for both the parent company and its international subsidiaries.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant experience, a degree in finance-related fields, and strong Excel skills. Candidates must be organized, detail-oriented, and possess professional proficiency in English to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in accounting, finance, audit, or financial operations roles.
• Candidates with other academic degrees will also be considered.

Responsabilidades

• Support and execute accounting and financial processes for parent company and subsidiaries.
• Control and follow-up of customer and supplier contracts.
• Prepare and maintain financial and operational charts and reports using Excel, Power Query, and Power BI.
• Support vendor onboarding and documentation management activities.
• Participate in month-end closing activities and audit support.

Conocimientos

Good understanding of accounting, invoicing, and financial processes

Advanced Excel skills

Interest in data analysis and reporting tools such as Power BI or Power Query

Professional working proficiency in English

Organized and detail-oriented

Proactive and flexible mindset

Team player with ability to work in a dynamic environment

Educación

Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or similar
