The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in finance leadership within mid-sized environments and a strong finance background. Proficiency in ERP systems and communication skills in Spanish and English are essential. This role offers an opportunity to shape and optimize financial processes in a dynamic environment.

Formación

• 5+ years in Finance Controller leadership within mid-sized environments.
• Strong finance background in consulting or audit.
• Experience in tech, start-up, or scale-up environments.

Responsabilidades

• Own the month-end closing process.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Implement internal controls and optimize processes.
• Prepare consolidated balance, P&L, and cash flow.
• Oversee AP Processes and ensure smooth P2P Processes.

Conocimientos

Finance leadership

ERP environments (SAP, Netsuite, etc.)

Advanced Excel/Google Sheets

BI tools knowledge (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)

Strong communication skills in Spanish and English
