Noatum Automotive in Barcelona is seeking a Finance Controller, Reporting and Consolidation to join the Finance team in a fully on-site role. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading financial reporting, financial statement consolidation, and audits.

The role requires IFRS knowledge, budgeting and forecasting, and strong Excel and ERP skills. You will drive process improvements and work in an international logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, economics, or related field.
• Experience in financial reporting, consolidation, and audits is mandatory.
• 1+ years in Finance, Controlling or similar financial roles.
• Experience in internal and external audit processes.
• Strong understanding of IFRS and consolidation processes.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and performance monitoring.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools/ERP systems.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support holding accounting closing.
• Manage monthly and annual financial closing and accounting processes.
• Lead the preparation, analysis, and presentation of financial reporting packages for financial management.
• Coordinate and execute the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial consolidation process.
• Monitor costs and perform budget reviews, analysing deviations and proposing corrective actions.
• Assist in the budget preparation, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Prepare and analyse financial reports and KPIs to support decision-making.
• Support cash flow management, liquidity planning.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance of financial data, consolidated results, and internal reporting.
• Coordinate and support internal and external audits, ensuring timely delivery of documentation and compliance with accounting standards.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, consolidation methodologies, and reporting tools.

Key Responsabilities

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in financial reporting, financial statement consolidation, and the coordination of internal and external audits is mandatory.
• 1+ years of experience in Finance, Controlling or similar financial roles.
• Proven experience in internal and external audit processes.
