Marfeel, a publishing intelligence platform, seeks a Finance Assistant to support reporting, invoicing and cost control. This is ideal for someone early in their finance career (1–2 years), detail-oriented, and eager to learn how a finance department runs day to day.

You’ll work with accounting advisors and managers, bring AI tools into workflows, and contribute to SaaS metrics and financial statements. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, with a hybrid office setup in Barcelona.

Formación

• 1+ year of post-degree work experience in finance.
• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or similar.
• Advanced spreadsheet skills.
• Precise, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented.
• Comfort with AI tools to improve workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with monthly reporting (financial data, metrics).
• Manage monthly invoicing and payments processing.
• Monitor outstanding payments and follow up.
• Coordinate with accounting advisors for timely financial statements.
• Oversee department cost control month by month.
• Monitor SaaS metrics (MRR, bookings, billing, revenues).
• Assist with audits, grants, loans, credits and deductions.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline reporting and reconciliation.
