A leading automotive company in Madrid is seeking an experienced Accountant to provide support to the finance team. The role includes responsibilities such as managing accounts payable and receivable, ensuring compliance with tax obligations, and facilitating audit processes. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in accounting, at least two years of relevant experience, and fluency in English. This position requires strong skills in Microsoft Office and the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years in a similar position.
• Familiarity with Spanish accounting practices.
• Fluent in English (oral and written).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Perform AP and AR accounting tasks.
• Oversee account reconciliations.
• Handle G/L entries, accruals, and provisions.
• Prepare payments and follow up customer AR.
• Conduct tax filings including VAT and withholding taxes.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Create invoices.

Conocimientos

Spanish accounting

Fluency in Microsoft Office

Fluent in English

Educación
