Gotion EMEA is seeking an AP Accountant to support our growing business in Madrid. The role requires a self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects while collaborating with multicultural teams.

Responsibilities include handling AP/AR, improving accounting procedures, and preparing internal and external financial statements. Fluency in English and Mandarin and excellent Excel skills are essential for success in this role.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Strong analytical, prioritization and execution under pressure.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIF) and ability to manipulate large datasets.
• Excellent written and spoken communication; able to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin.

• Prepare consolidated internal and external financial statements by gathering and analyzing information.
• Update job knowledge and related skills proactively.
• Prepare documentation for external auditors.
• Accomplish other accounting and organization missions assigned.

• Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills needed to develop collaborative working relationships with cross-functional teams
