Sakata Vegetables Europe SAS is seeking an EMEA R&D Projects Coordinator to lead collaboration projects across EMEA, spanning research, legal, and finance teams. Based in Spain/France/South Africa, you will manage funding applications, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive IP initiatives within a dynamic seed-vegetable research environment.

The role requires a PhD or MSc in genetics or plant breeding, strong project management, and excellent communication.

Formación

• M.Sc with 5 years’ experience or PhD in genetics or plant breeding.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Solid analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to interpret and apply regulations.
• High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and manage collaborative projects with private and public institutions.
• Administer national funding and tax incentive schemes, coordinating with researchers and finance teams.
• Evaluate IP opportunities and coordinate filing and negotiations with Legal Department.
