Technical Delegate | Madrid Area | High Mobility Role

About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Delegate to become the key link between the company, our dealership network and the market across the Madrid area. This position plays a critical role in ensuring service excellence, driving business growth and identifying opportunities through a highly proactive field-based approach.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on professional who enjoys being close to customers, visiting sites and installations, solving technical challenges and building strong relationships with senior stakeholders.

We are looking for a true "all-rounder" with solid technical expertise, commercial awareness, autonomy and strong problem-solving capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the dealership network in the assigned territory, ensuring outstanding service levels.
• Monitor and follow up on service tickets related to repairs, installations, product demonstrations and spare parts.
• Approve or reject warranty claims, finished product orders and technical service quotations.
• Conduct frequent visits to dealerships, end-user locations, construction sites, hotels and installations, providing technical guidance and execution support.
• Deliver technical and commercial advice on products and solutions.
• Manage and resolve customer complaints and service escalations.
• Monitor and analyse dealership KPIs on a weekly basis.
• Actively report findings and improvement opportunities to Quality and Competence Center teams.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Logistics, IT and other departments to ensure an excellent customer experience.
• Train newly incorporated dealership employees on procedures, systems and technical aspects.
• Build strong relationships with dealership managers, business owners and technical leaders.
• Analyse market trends, services, competitors and pricing dynamics within the territory.
• Identify, onboard and manage dealership partners to maintain the highest service standards.

Internal & External Relationships

• You will work closely with Sales, Quality, IT, Legal, Customer Service and Logistics teams.
• Externally, you will interact with distributors, dealerships, installers, construction professionals, maintenance managers, business owners and end users.

Profile description:

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a similar technical discipline.
• Senior Site Managers with strong commercial capabilities will also be considered.
• Solid experience within construction, technical solutions, building materials or installation-related sectors.
• Experience in after-sales service, technical support or installation services.
• Strong field-based mindset with extensive exposure to sites, projects and customer-facing environments.
• High level of autonomy, initiative and results orientation.
• Outstanding communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build technical credibility with installers and technicians while effectively engaging with senior business stakeholders.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel frequently.
• Knowledge of the Madrid market and surrounding areas will be highly valued.
