Uber is seeking an experienced Field Support Operations Lead to shape and execute FSO strategy for AV deployment, collaborating with AV tech partners, local operators, product teams, and regulators.

You will scale rapid-response protocols, manage in-field incidents, and travel up to 50% to emerging markets while leading cross-functional teams and defining KPIs and budgets. This role demands hands-on leadership and a startup‑like mindset in high-growth environments.

Formación

• 5+ years of Operations Management or Program Management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead our FSO partners through scaling rapid response supply, and support ongoing operations in your region with cross‑functional partners.
• Act as the main point of contact for the FSO partner, managing escalations and driving resolutions for any operational issues.
• Lead Field Support Operator training in partnership with AV tech partners.
• Coordinate incident response drills and manage auditing activities with FSO partners.
• Work closely with Uber cross‑functional teams to identify and resolve dependencies to highlight resource requirements, help inform budgets, help define KPIs, and be accountable for performance.
• Approach data with curiosity and a focus on accuracy; you’ll identify and report trends, helping the team think creatively through solutions while working to turn ideas into actionable plans.
