Job Description

ATS Scientific Products i-Dositecno, an ATS Company, is seeking a Start-up Technician to join our expanding team in Mataró (Barcelona).

Main Objectives:

• Set up, adjust, and commission equipment in the workshop and at client facilities worldwide.
• Ensure machines meet operational specifications according to the project delivery schedule.

Main Tasks:

• Adjust formats at the operating level.
• Test operation of all machine stations.
• Electronically adjust recipes and operational parameters.
• Test all formats.
• Perform VIT (Verification Internal Test) with QA team.
• Execute FAT with the client.
• Maintain order in the work area.
• Detect and record incidents.
• Update the "Punch list" of deviations.

Reporting Line:

Directly reports to the Start-up Department.

Requirements:

• Training: Mechanical or Automation degree.
• Experience: Minimum 4 years in start-up of packaging machinery, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector.

Skills and Knowledge:

• Proficiency in English and other languages is valuable.
• Autonomous work capability.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical validation processes: VIT, FAT, SAT, IQ/OQ.
• Mechanical assembly and fine-tuning skills.
