Placements24 is seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to service clients in and around Queenstown, Eastern Cape. The role involves installation, maintenance, and repair of sophisticated equipment and being the on-site face of the company to ensure customer satisfaction.

You will install, configure, commission equipment, perform preventive maintenance, diagnose faults, document activities, and educate clients on operation procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience as Field Service Technician or similar role.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
• Ability to interpret manuals, schematics, and diagnostic reports.
• Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within region.
