Job summary

ABB is hiring in the Trapagaran area (Bilbao) to deliver field service work for electrical/electronics solutions. You will perform on-site service, identify issues, and communicate timelines to customers to maintain satisfaction.

The role includes preparing parts lists and enabling on-site training for staff and customers, with 24x7 on-call availability. You should have a relevant education background and be prepared to travel across northern Spain.

Qualifications

• Higher Vocational Training (FPII), Engineering, or equivalent in Industrial Electricity/Electronics.
• Experience in similar field service roles is a plus.
• Willingness to travel within northern Spain and on-call duties.

• Perform field service tasks and identify technical issues on-site or remotely.
• Communicate service timelines and expectations to customers to ensure retention.
