A leading gaming technology company in Madrid is seeking an experienced professional to manage installation and technical support for gaming machines. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of technical experience in the casino industry, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a proactive attitude. The role involves working both on-site and remotely, and requires proficiency in English and a valid EU passport for international travel.
Installation, service and support of the IGT electronic gaming machine product line
Take the lead with organization and execution of installations and field service visits at IGTs casino customers
Troubleshoot technical issues through identification to resolution both on site and remotely
Create and enhance positive customer relationships
Provide technical support on internal projects
Provide technical support to other team members and colleagues throughout IGT
Flexibility to schedule work depending on schedule and priorities either at the IGT office in Barcelona, at home or directly with customer site visits
Key market responsibilities are Spain and Portugal. The potential exists for additional markets to be assigned.
