Your role

Your mission as the Field Service Engineer is to provide expert repair services for our technology solutions, delivering unmatched customer satisfaction and upholding the highest standards of safety. You are committed to ensuring the performance and longevity of your customers technology through your expertise. Your work is important for supporting the operational success and technological advancement of industries relying on these technologies.

Responsibilities
  • Report into the Operations Manager.
  • Conduct planned and ad hoc visits to inspect, service, troubleshoot, and repair various technical systems, diagnosing issues to prevent equipment downtime.
  • Perform installations, ensure safety compliance, and document activities.
  • Act as the on-site contact, providing service recommendations and addressing customer needs promptly.

Job location

You will be part of our customer center in Abadiano (Vizcaya). You will join a dynamic field service team, working remotely and spending a significant amount of time traveling to visit customers within your designated area, Spain (ES).
