LEGO Group is seeking a Field Sales Representative to manage retailer relationships and drive LEGO sales across Andalucía East, including Jaén, Córdoba, Granada, Málaga, Almería and Melilla. You will plan activity, negotiate placements, and execute in-store strategies to grow market share.

Just imagine growing product sales by building customer plans that bring LEGO® play closer to families across Andalucía East. Are you based in this territory? Then make it real!
As our Field Sales Representative (based off-site), you'll take ownership of customer relationships and sales activity across Jaén, Córdoba, Granada, Málaga, Almería and Melilla. You'll work directly with customers to grow product sales, plan activity and make thoughtful choices about where to focus your time. You'll turn commercial plans into action through strong account management, negotiation and in-market execution.
In return for the impact you have, we will provide an up-to-date company car plus fuel/ credit card, daily lunch expense subsidy, access to private healthcare, life and long-term disability cover, and a competitive bonus potential based on a company currently in double-digit growth.
If you've worked in a role where you managed customer accounts and turned sales plans into action, you'll feel at home here. What matters most is bringing together commercial thinking, customer knowledge and a practical approach to getting plans delivered.
You’ll be part of a team focused on bringing LEGO products to customers through thoughtful sales execution. The role gives you room to take ownership of your territory while staying connected with colleagues and customers. You’ll use communication and collaboration every day, sharing perspectives and adapting plans as customer opportunities develop.
Success means knowing your territory and customers well enough to make clear choices about where activity can have the greatest effect. You’ll build productive customer relationships, translate commercial plans into sales activity and manage competing priorities across Andalucía East. Over time, you’ll become a trusted point of contact for customers while helping turn plans into consistent execution.
Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
