Job summary

Ringover is seeking a marketing leader to own the Spain & LATAM presence, shaping strategy and executing the full marketing mix. You will drive brand awareness and support the sales team through social content, events, webinars, localization, and partner campaigns.

You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Design, and Growth teams, coordinating with the growth team on paid campaigns and content localization to fit local markets.

Qualifications

• Marketing leadership experience in a B2B or SaaS environment.
• Ability to define and execute multi-channel campaigns.
• Strong planning, organization and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own Spain & LATAM marketing presence across channels.
• Plan marketing priorities and calendar aligned with sales objectives.
• Manage LinkedIn and coordinate paid campaigns (LinkedIn, Meta).
• Lead end-to-end events: logistics, design, lead capture, budgeting, follow-up.
• Organize webinars from planning to follow-up, including speaker prep and campaigns.
• Localize assets for Spain & LATAM market with content team.
• Create and maintain marketing assets for sales and partner marketing.

About the role

You'll own Ringover's marketing presence in the Spain & LATAM market. From social content to tradeshows, webinars to partner campaigns - you'll plan and execute the full marketing mix to drive brand awareness and support the sales team.

Your missions

• Planning : Define marketing priorities and a calendar of actions in line with Spain & LATAM sales and growth objectives.
• Social & Paid Content : Manage Ringover Spain's LinkedIn presence with approximately 3 posts per week, and coordinate with the growth team on sponsored content and paid campaigns (LinkedIn, Meta).
• Events : Own the end-to-end delivery of tradeshows and sponsored events: logistics, stand design, lead capture, budget tracking, and post-event follow-up.
• Webinars : Organize self-hosted and co-hosted webinars from planning to follow-up, including speaker briefing, email campaigns, and replay capture.
• Localisation : Work with the content team to adapt global assets for the Spain & LATAM market.
• Sales Enablement : Create and maintain marketing assets for the sales team.
• Partner Marketing : Co-create content and events with key partners.

• You're organised, proactive, and at ease working cross-functionally with sales, design, and growth teams
• You're based in or around Barcelona
