Placements24 seeks a proactive Field Electrical Engineer to maintain and operate electrical systems across multiple sites. You will diagnose faults, implement preventative maintenance, and support technicians on routine and complex tasks.

The role requires at least 3 years in electrical maintenance, proficiency with schematics, and strict adherence to safety standards. A company vehicle and ongoing training are provided to support operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical qualification.
• Minimum of 3 years in electrical maintenance, field service, or operations.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, diagrams, and technical manuals.
• Knowledge of safety procedures, such as Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), and adherence to regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic testing and troubleshooting of electrical equipment and systems, identifying root causes of failures.
• Develop and execute preventative maintenance schedules for electrical machinery and infrastructure.
• Conduct site surveys and recommend improvements to enhance electrical system reliability and safety.
• Manage minor electrical projects, including installations, upgrades, and repairs.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with electrical codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Provide technical support and guidance to maintenance technicians and operational staff.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment status, and inventory.
