Concentrix is hiring a Fashion Support Consultant (Romanian speaking) for an onsite, full-time position in Spain. You will handle customer interactions via phone, email, and other channels, logging all interactions and delivering timely solutions aligned with SLAs.

Knowledge of Windows, MS Office, and internet settings will help you stay up-to-date on products and systems. You should be bilingual with Romanian and English, enjoy helping customers, and be ready to own and escalate complex cases

Formación

• Fluent in Romanian with advanced English proficiency.
• Strong IT platform knowledge including Windows, MS Office and internet settings.
• Customer service mindset with ability to log and resolve interactions efficiently.

Responsabilidades

• Handle incoming customer interactions via phone, email, and other channels with high quality service.
• Log all interactions accurately and provide timely solutions per SLAs.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and systems; escalate complex cases as needed.
