Concentrix is hiring a Fashion Support Consultant (Polish speaking) for an onsite role in Barcelona. You will handle customer interactions, log details, and deliver solutions within SLA guidelines while staying current on product and service knowledge.

The role requires Polish and English fluency, IT aptitude (Windows/MS Office), and strong customer care skills in a dynamic, multilingual environment. This position offers a full-time schedule (39 hours/week), a base salary of €19,623.94 gross per

What You Will Do in This Role
