Job summary

LOEWE is seeking an intern to support Project Managers across Show FW27, Pre-Collection SS28/FW28, Paula’s FW28, Special Projects and Capsules. You will coordinate sample launches with Design and suppliers and ensure on-time deliveries for fittings.

You will follow sample development from concept to final piece, while updating PLM data and coordinating timelines across Design, Merchandising and Production. This role requires organization, collaboration and a proactive, learning mindset.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a university degree or master's programme, preferably in Fashion, Design, Product Development, Fashion Management or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• An interest in fashion, accessories and product development.
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with different teams.
• A proactive and flexible attitude, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to follow up on deadlines and ensure timely delivery of tasks.
• Problem-solving skills and an agile mindset.
• A team player with a strong willingness to learn and contribute.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Good command of English.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers in the development of Show FW27, Pre-Collection SS28/FW28, Paula’s FW28, Special Projects and Capsules.
• Coordinate sample launches across departments and follow up with suppliers and Design throughout the development process.
• Coordinate sample deliveries to ensure they arrive on time for fittings.
• Follow up on sample development from the initial concept to the final piece.
• Keep PLM updated within Accessories categories, including codes, technical files and pictures.
