MEGA (HONG KONG) LIMITED is seeking a role supporting Zara in Madrid. The candidate will prepare samples and fabrics for quarterly development and assist designers with draft work, ensuring timely delivery to customers.

The ideal candidate has a BA degree, strong communication, and is willing to travel to China in the future to coordinate with production teams and printers, while maintaining meticulous documentation and sample quality.

Formación

• BA degree required.
• Zara-related experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel to China in the future.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare samples and fabrics for customers in advance during quarterly development.
• Assist customer designers in completing design drafts.
• Communicate with colleagues and printmakers after development meetings.
• Publish lists and check the style of sample clothes.
• Visit Zara office in Coruna to stay in touch with their designer.
• Demonstrate responsibility, hard-work and strong communication.

Our company is in China, a city near Shanghai.

About the Role

The main customer is Zara, and the role involves preparing samples and fabrics required by customers in advance during the quarterly development season, as well as assisting customer designers in completing design drafts.

Responsibilities

• Good at fast-fashion, especially in light woven & outwear, preferably with more than five years ZARA related work experience.
• Prepare samples and fabrics required by customers in advance in the quarterly development season.
• Cooperate with customer designer meetings to assist customer designers in completing design drafts.
• After the development meeting, communicate with colleagues of the company business group and printmakers.
• Responsible for publishing lists and checking the style of sample clothes.
• Can visit Zara office in Coruna to keep in touch with their designer.
• Be responsible and hard-working, with good communication skills.

Qualifications

• Degree: BA

• Ability to travel to China in the future is a must

Preferred Skills

• Experience in fast-fashion, particularly with ZARA
