As a Facility Engineer at Schneider Electric, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise in Facility Management to optimize building operating costs and ensure a high level of service for users. Your mission will be to ensure that the facilities operate efficiently, safely, and sustainably, aligned with corporate standards and site needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage preventive and corrective maintenance of site facilities.
  • Optimize operating costs related to the building, including energy, HVAC, cleaning, and security.
  • Coordinate external service providers and ensure compliance with service contracts.
  • Ensure the availability and functionality of facilities, equipment, and workspaces.
  • Collaborate with EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) teams to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects related to energy efficiency and sustainability.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Facility Management.
Profile Requirements
  • Degree or vocational training related to Industrial Environments, Building Engineering, Facility Management, or similar.
  • Previous experience in facility management within industrial or corporate environments.
  • Knowledge of safety, environmental, and energy efficiency regulations.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and supplier management skills.
  • Proficiency in digital tools for maintenance management (CMMS).
  • English level B2.
