We are seeking an experienced Facility Manager to oversee the operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our properties. This role combines strategic planning, vendor management, and budgeting with the responsibility to ensure high standards of safety, efficiency, and compliance across all facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day facility operations across multiple sites.
• Develop and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
• Negotiate and manage vendor contracts and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Prepare and control facility budgets, cost reports, and expense optimization.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Lead renovation projects, equipment upgrades, and space planning.
• Establish policies and procedures to improve facility efficiency.
• Supervise, support, and develop facility staff.
• Act as the primary contact for all facility-related issues and emergencies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in facility management.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams.
• Solid knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and compliance standards.
• Proven experience with budgeting and vendor management.
• Familiarity with facility or project management software (preferred).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
