Jones Lang LaSalle is hiring a Building Operations Engineer in Barcelona to manage hard services and support the Facilities Team. You will ensure efficient site operation, handle planned and unplanned maintenance, and coordinate with suppliers and regulatory bodies.

The role requires a technical diploma/degree, strong problem solving, and excellent communication. On-site duties include safety leadership and site inspections in a corporate environment.

Formación

• Knowledge of statutory and regulatory maintenance requirements for Clients assets.
• Problem solving abilities and good decision making.

Responsabilidades

• Create and follow a planned maintenance regime for client assets.
• Attend to unplanned maintenance and respond to service requests (SLA).
• Manage Building Operations stock and local supplier base.
• Track utilities usage and propose efficiency improvements.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies and safety groups.
• Oversee operating manuals and site inspections.
• Deputise for Facilities Manager when required.
