Job summary

Qualifications

• Technical degree in Facility Management or related field.
• Several years of experience in Facility Management, Maintenance or HSE-related roles.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, technical infrastructure, and maintenance processes.
• Solid understanding of HSE regulations and compliance requirements.
• Experience in managing external service providers and technical contractors.
• Structured, hands-on, and solution-oriented working approach.
• Strong communication and coordination skills across multiple stakeholders.
• Fluent in Spanish & English (German and/or French is an advantage).

Responsibilities

• Ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of all building and facility services.
• Oversee technical infrastructure, including electrical systems and utilities.
• Manage external service providers and ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety & environmental (HSE) regulations and internal standards.
• Support energy management, sustainability initiatives, and site efficiency improvements.
• Coordinate maintenance planning, repairs, and technical improvement projects.
• Act as the key contact for internal stakeholders on all facility and HSE-related topics.
