A global property management firm in Madrid is seeking a Facility Management professional to provide overall management services, including monitoring and procurement. Responsibilities include assisting with tactical planning, managing facility tasks, and coordinating special events. Ideal candidates will have a degree in facilities management or a related field and at least two years of experience in the industry, showcasing strong organizational skills and customer service orientation.
Provide general overall Facility Management services including continuous monitoring of facility. Work with property managers to handle routine property management operations, including : procurement of property supplies and services, issuing purchase orders, managing bid requests and service / construction contracts, and processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
