IMEC in Leuven, Belgium, seeks an Engineering Operations leader to drive strategic, technical and operational initiatives for its pilot production tools. You will collaborate with Leuven counterparts to optimize fab performance, ensure safety and maintain continuous operations while guiding maintenance, cost controls and supplier engagements.

Formación

• Master’s degree or equivalent in semiconductor advanced packaging or closely related discipline.
• Min. 5 years of experience in people management.
• Sound experience in machine/operations maintenance, problem solving and project management.
• Affinity with infrastructure and facilities in an industrial, semiconductor environment.
• Strong safety and health awareness and risk assessment practices.

Responsabilidades

• Develop strategies and processes with Leuven counterparts to optimize Fab performance and tool operations, reducing cycle time and increasing yield.
• Foster safety culture by enforcing EH&S protocols ensuring wellbeing and continuity of site operations.
• Lead relationships with suppliers and partners to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with other departments to align on customer needs, cost reductions, process improvements, and production stability.
• Define and monitor resource allocations according to budget and targets.
• Inspire and coach teams to achieve objectives and develop capabilities.
• Ensure 24/7 operational continuity through effective day-to-day leadership.
• Monitor quality and process control standards and drive root-cause analyses for reliability and maturity.
• Drive improvements in reliability, uptime, utilization, maintenance, and automation.
