Job summary

Elanco, a global leader in animal health, is seeking a FAB Associate-Marketing in Madrid to drive digital touchpoints and campaign execution. You will manage PromoMats workflows and support marketing campaigns across media partners and external agencies.

Ideal candidates have a Health Sciences background, fluent English and Spanish, and strong MS Office skills. Travel is 30-40% within Spain with occasional international travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Health Sciences with Veterinary Medicine or Pharmacy preferred.

Your Role: FAB Associate-Marketing

Your Responsibilities:

• Manage the workflow of promotional materials in PromoMats and provide backup support for marketing campaign tracking.
• Create, develop and execute digital customer touchpoints, including banners, email campaigns, webinars and online events, using Marketo and external agencies.
• Coordinate with media partners and advertising agencies to implement and monitor communication plans and marketing campaigns.
• Support brand managers with campaign and event execution, congresses, expense monitoring, digital strategy development and new product launches.
• Extract market data, prepare charts and analyses, contribute to brand plans and cycle meetings, support competitor price analysis, and identify customer marketing opportunities within legal and compliance requirements.

What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):

• Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, with Veterinary Medicine or Pharmacy preferred.
• Advanced level of English, with the ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally and fluent Spanish.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Master's degree in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Basic knowledge of veterinary products and a genuine interest in the veterinary pharmaceutical industry.
