Visionario Group Eyewear is seeking a Product Creative Director to own the creative and product vision across our eyewear brands. You will be hands-on in sketching, developing and detailing models, while briefing and directing agencies where needed.

Lead the full journey from concept through launch, working with creative agencies, factories, and sales and buying teams. This cross-functional role requires fluency in design tools and a strong eye for brand identity, colour, materials, and quality

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in product design/creative leadership, ideally in eyewear or fashion accessories.
• Hands-on design ability to sketch, develop and detail models end-to-end.
• Proficiency with design tools (Illustrator, Photoshop, Rhino) and TD/technical drawing for factories.
• Experience directing external agencies and owning full collection design in-house.

Responsabilidades

• Define the collection strategy and translate it into clear briefs for internal and external teams.
• Lead the design process end-to-end from concept to mass production.
• Review prototypes, fittings and ensure quality standards across collections.
• Present collections to sales teams and key customers, and adjust based on input.
• Collaborate with factories, brands, and creative agencies during capsule releases.
