Estudio Nacar in Barcelona seeks a senior Foresight and Future Design Lead to steer its strategic vertical. You will translate foresight readings into profitable projects, lead multidisciplinary squads and partner with commercial teams on pre‑sales.

You will own the Future Opportunity Radar, develop roadmaps, and craft research reports with real density and actionable value, while maintaining client relationships at CXO level across industries.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in strategic design or innovation consulting.
• Hybrid career path across foresight, user research, and product definition; you don’t need to be an expert in all, but you understand them deeply.
• Structural curiosity: you decode trends and connect signals to build solid arguments.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the vertical's antenna — monitor trends, signals, and technologies reshaping industries.
• Own the Future Opportunity Radar methodology and related mapping and concept cards.
• Build editorial presence beyond decks—writing, speaking, publishing with your voice to elevate the Nacar brand.
• Lead strategic quality of services within the vertical: Future Opportunity Radar, Insight Engines and Product Strategy.
• Provide strategic direction and collaborate with strategists and researchers to deliver.
