ALTEN is seeking an External Communications Officer to join our team in Madrid, covering Iberia and LATAM. You will craft compelling content for social media, websites and campaigns, while aligning editorial plans with business priorities and market needs.

You will work with business leaders and international stakeholders to highlight client success stories, technical expertise, and employer branding content, supporting growth across multiple markets and sectors.

Formación

• Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of external, corporate or digital communications experience.
• Excellent writing and editing skills.

Responsabilidades

External Communications Officer – Iberia & LATAM

ALTEN is looking for an External Communications Officer to join our Communications team and support communication activities across Iberia and Latin America. Based in Madrid, you will work closely with business leaders, technical experts and international stakeholders to develop impactful content that enhances ALTEN's visibility and supports business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage content for social media, websites and digital communication campaigns.
• Develop editorial plans aligned with business objectives and market priorities.
• Identify and promote client success stories, technical expertise and employer branding content.
• Coordinate communication activities for events, trade fairs and industry conferences.
• Produce marketing and client-facing materials that support business development initiatives.
• Monitor communication performance and recommend continuous improvements.

Profile

• Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in external, corporate or digital communications.
• Excellent writing and editing skills.
• Spanish
• English C1 level or above.
• Portuguese is a plus.
• Experience in a B2B, multinational or international environment would be highly valued.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
