ALTEN is seeking an International Social Media Manager to lead our social media approach across Europe and LATAM. You will craft content, tailor messages to platforms, and drive global campaigns with strong editorial finesse.

In this role you’ll coordinate with multiple country teams, leverage audience insights, and optimize performance using KPIs to increase reach and engagement across international markets.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Marketing or a related field.
• At least 3 years’ experience in social media and content management.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, formats, campaign management and KPIs.
• Able to combine creativity with a results-driven approach.
• Organised and capable of coordinating several countries and stakeholders.

Our Marketing & Communications Department is looking for an International Social Media Manager to strengthen ALTEN’s visibility and engagement across our international markets.

The function

Working within the international communications team, you will define and manage our social media approach across Europe (Benelux, Nordics, South and Switzerland) and LATAM. You will combine strong editorial skills with a clear understanding of audiences, platforms and performance.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Define the perimeter’s social media plan, aligned with local communication priorities, business objectives, and Group guidelines.
• Create and edit high-quality content, adapting messages, tone and formats to different platforms and audiences.
• Develop and deliver international campaigns, from the initial concept through to publication and activation.
• Coordinate with local communications teams, providing clear guidance, shared content and support for local adaptation.
• Identify relevant trends and new formats, turning them into useful and credible content opportunities for ALTEN.
• Monitor and improve performance, using KPIs and audience insights to increase reach, engagement and content effectiveness.

Profile requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’sdegree in Communications, Marketing or a related field
• At least 3 years’ experience in social media and content management, ideally in an international or B2B environment
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, content formats, campaign management and performance indicators
• Able to combine creativity with a results-driven approach
• Organised and comfortable coordinating several countries and stakeholders
• Lead social media activity across a broad international scope
• Work on varied business, technology, employer brand and corporate topics
• Work closely with communications teams across Europe and LATAM, gaining first-hand insight into different markets, audiences and local priorities.
