Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced senior portfolio managers with 3+ years at hedge funds or asset managers to help train an AI model on professional presentation tasks. You will craft and critique AI-generated investment materials, including pitch decks, position reviews, portfolio theses, exhibits, and LP letters.

This is a flexible, fully remote engagement, 5–20 hours per week, start ASAP, with competitive hourly pay and collaborative support.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a research or investing seat at a hedge fund or asset manager
• Track record of pitching ideas via written memos and decks to a PM or investment committee
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

We're looking for senior portfolio managers with 3+ years at a hedge fund, long-only manager, or multi-strategy platform to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: investment pitch decks, position review one-pagers, portfolio review presentations, thesis memos with exhibits, and quarterly LP letter materials.

Compensation:

$100/hour

Commitment:

Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired)

Fully remote, work on your own schedule
