dsm-firmenich is seeking a communications professional in Barcelona to shape and deliver content supporting D&T priorities. You’ll craft compelling presentations, maintain SharePoint content as a super user, and support campaign planning with clear storytelling for diverse audiences.

Native English is required, with additional languages a strong advantage. You’ll work to promote key projects, analyze communication impact, and grow within a dynamic, multicultural environment at DSM Firmenich.

Formación

• 1–3 years of experience in a communications role.
• Excellent storytelling and content creation skills, especially for presentations.
• SharePoint super user with strong structure and usability.

Responsabilidades

Location: Barcelona, Spain

Your key responsibilities

You will help shape and deliver communications that support D&T priorities and initiatives. This includes:

• Creating strong, well structured communication materials, including presentations and storytelling decks for both internal and external audiences
• Designing and maintaining content in SharePoint, acting as a super user and supporting teams with structure and usability
• Supporting campaign execution and content planning; Marketo experience is a plus
• Working closely with the Senior Communications Manager and collaborating with stakeholders to gather information, provide updates, and promote key projects and achievements.
• Manage the D&T hub platform, with up-to-date information and clear communication approaches to different audiences.
• Monitor and analyze communication effectiveness, preparing reports for the Communication team.

You bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a communication role, preferably within a corporate environment.
• Excellent storytelling and content creation skills, especially for presentations
• Advanced PowerPoint skills and strong attention to structure and flow
• SharePoint expertise at super user level
• Native level English; additional languages are a strong advantage
• A structured, well organized way of working, with the ability to manage multiple topics
• Comfort working both independently and in a team
• Curiosity and a strong drive to learn, especially in the digital and AI space
