dsm-firmenich is seeking a Communications Specialist to support the Senior Communications Manager and the Change management team within Digital & Tech. This role sits at the intersection of digital, communications and the business and is ideal for someone who enjoys translating complex topics into clear, engaging stories.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a communication role, preferably within a corporate environment.
• Excellent storytelling and content creation skills, especially for presentations
• Advanced PowerPoint skills and strong attention to structure and flow
• SharePoint expertise at super user level
• Native level English; additional languages are a strong advantage
• A structured, well organized way of working, with the ability to manage multiple topics
• Comfort working both independently and in a team
• Curiosity and a strong drive to learn, especially in the digital and AI space

Responsabilidades

• You will help shape and deliver communications that support D&T priorities and initiatives.
• Create strong, well structured communication materials, including presentations and storytelling decks for both internal and external audiences
• Design and maintain content in SharePoint, acting as a super user and supporting teams with structure and usability
• Support campaign execution and content planning; Marketo experience is a plus
• Work closely with the Senior Communications Manager and collaborating with stakeholders to gather information, provide updates, and promote key projects and achievements.
• Manage the D&T hub platform, with up-to-date information and clear communication approaches to different audiences.
• Monitor and analyze communication effectiveness, preparing reports for the Communication team.

Your Key Responsibilities
