Role Description

This is a full‑time on‑site role based in Rojales for an experienced Visa Residency Candidate. The role involves assisting clients with visa and residency applications, ensuring compliance with Spanish immigration laws and regulations. Responsibilities include reviewing client requirements, preparing and submitting necessary documentation, coordinating with local authorities, and providing regular updates to clients during the process. The successful candidate will also collaborate closely with the legal team to provide accurate and personalized support.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Spanish visa and residency application processes and immigration laws
• Proficiency in legal documentation preparation and excellent organizational skills
• Fluency in English and Spanish to effectively communicate with clients and local authorities
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills for handling client inquiries and building relationships
• Ability to work independently and within a team in a professional and fast‑paced environment
• Previous experience in a legal or administrative role, preferably within immigration law, is highly desirable
