The Role

Your role As an Experience Strategist at Kyndryl Vital Spain & Portugal, you will take an experience-first approach to uncover and deliver value for customers. With a unique blend of business acumen, technical knowledge, and psychology, you will lead organizations through complex challenges by identifying paths to value. You will uncover strategic opportunities through research, experience frameworks, design actionable roadmaps, and guide teams through the organizational and business implications of these experiences. • Research: You can design and conduct user research, market evaluations, and competitive analyses.
• AI and Data Ethics: You leverage AI tools while maintaining quality and ethical standards.

Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise

• 4+ years experience.
• Deep industry vertical experience.
• Experience in enterprise or agency worlds.
• Knowledge and experience in IT infrastructure or other technical applications.
• You can create context-appropriate, low-to-high fidelity prototypes.
• Human behavior, change management, or other applied social sciences.
• Data science and AI background.
• You may also specialize in Service Design, User Experience, Innovation Strategy.
