Job summary

Coty, Barcelona Hub, seeks an EXO MPS Planner to ensure finished product availability across base business and initiatives. You will manage TPMs, identify risks, and partner with stakeholders to drive service, cost and cash improvements.

You’ll report within the EXO Supply Chain and own MPS processes, KPIs, and inventory accuracy while collaborating across internal teams and external manufacturers.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Third-Party Manufacturers (TPMs).
• Ensure finished goods from TPMs are delivered on time and in full to DCs.
• Identify service and inventory risks; lead mitigation and escape plans.
• Coordinate urgencies with TPMs, EXO Operations and Quality teams.
• Partner with TPMs, DRP, Quality and Procurement to optimize service, cost and cash.
• Own MPS processes and KPIs; balance service and inventory.
• Ensure GR, PoD, ASN and disposals at TPMs; keep inventory accurate.
• Monitor Book-to-Book inventory and SAP Master Data accuracy.
• Support TPM scorecard reviews and Planning Operating Model; drive improvements.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders; foster collaboration.

EXO MPS PLANNER

Barcelona Supply Chain Hub

In close collaboration with Third-Party Manufacturers (TPMs), EXO Operations, Quality, DRP and Procurement teams, the EXO MPS Planner ensures finished product availability while balancing service, cost and cash. The role manages a portfolio of external manufacturers, drives operational performance and ensures products are delivered on time and in full to support Coty’s business needs.

THE ROLE

As our EXO MPS Planner, you play a critical role in ensuring finished product availability across both base business and initiatives. You will manage a portfolio of Third-Party Manufacturers (TPMs), proactively identify supply and inventory risks, and partner with key stakeholders to drive operational excellence across Service, Cost and Cash.

You will be reporting within the EXO Supply Chain organization, and you will manage:

Supply & TPM Management:

• Manage a portfolio of Third-Party Manufacturers (TPMs).
• Ensure all finished goods, across base business and initiatives, are delivered from TPMs to Distribution Centers on time and in full (OTIF) versus the latest agreed plan.
• Proactively identify service and inventory risks, lead mitigation plans and escape issues when required.
• Manage urgencies with TPMs, EXO Operations and Quality teams to ensure prompt reaction and prevent potential missed sales.
• Partner with key stakeholders including TPMs, DRP, Quality and Procurement to drive the best operational performance across Service, Cost and Cash.

Planning & Inventory Management:

• Review and manage exception messages to balance service and inventory while monitoring and responding to demand changes.
• Own key MPS processes and ensure delivery of their associated KPIs.
• Own the assigned portfolio, proactively proposing improvements and changes to optimize performance.
• Ensure logistics activities including Goods Receipt (GR), Proof of Delivery (PoD), Advanced Shipping Notice (ASN) and disposals at TPMs are completed and inventory remains accurate.
• Monitor Book-to-Book inventory, blocked stock and other inventory-related topics.
• Ensure SAP Master Data is accurate and up to date.

Performance & Stakeholder Management:

• Support Supply Chain Leaders with TPM Scorecard reviews and the Planning Operating Model .
• Ensure strong communication and teamwork across the EXO organization and with key internal and external stakeholders.
• Positively influence external manufacturers and internal partners to continuously improve Supply Chain performance.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of ways of working and processes within the EXO team.
