Barcelona Chef Recruitment is screening Executive Sous Chefs for a leading ultra-luxury cruise line renowned for European cuisine and fine dining.

The role reports to the Executive Chef and serves as second-in-command of the culinary operation onboard. It emphasizes execution, organization, and leadership across multiple outlets with a large multicultural brigade.

Salary is USD 8,250 per month onboard, with a 4 months on / 2 months off rotation and flights provided.

Formación

• Previous cruise ship experience is mandatory.
• Senior culinary leadership onboard.
• Strong fine-dining / luxury hospitality background.
• Strong European cuisine and classical cooking knowledge.
• Experience managing large teams and multiple outlets.
• Professional English.

• Oversee daily culinary operations and production.
