Monex Europa S.L. is seeking an Executive Assistant & Workplace Manager to support the CEO in Spain. This hybrid role combines high-level administrative duties with office management across the Madrid office, including calendar management, travel coordination, and vendor relations.
You will oversee day-to-day operations, manage Workday requests, coordinate meetings and events, and ensure health, safety, and compliance standards are met. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

The Executive Assistant & Workplace Manager provides high-level administrative support to the CEO Spain in a hybrid role. This position combines traditional executive assistant duties—including calendar management, travel coordination, and communication handling—with office management responsibilities such as vendor coordination and workplace administration.
Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, Workplace Manager, or similar role.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Professional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-oriented approach.
Experience working in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and business systems such as Workday.
Fluent English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
