The Opportunity

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis on various tasks related to your manager’s working life and communication. The ideal candidate will be well-organized, proactive, disciplined, with excellent communication skills, and pay exceptional attention to detail.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Manage all corporate card transactions and expenses, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  2. Complex agenda management, anticipating schedule conflicts: screening, booking meetings, and calendar prioritization.
  3. Arrange business travel, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation, ensuring cost efficiency.
  4. Organize and coordinate meeting setups, including logistics, venue, equipment, and catering.
  5. Draft, review, and send communications on behalf of the executive.
  6. Organize and schedule meetings, conference calls, and events as needed.
  7. Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Associate Degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in administrative support roles.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to operate in international environments.
  • Detail-oriented and autonomous/self-driven.
  • Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
