Job summary

Playson is seeking an experienced events professional to own end-to-end delivery of international exhibitions and signature client experiences. You will oversee budgets, vendors, logistics and guest experiences across high-profile events for partners, ensuring brand consistency and high-touch service.

Remote-friendly role with frequent travel to major iGaming events and VIP client engagements, requiring strong negotiation, planning, and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in event management, client hospitality or BTL marketing, ideally in iGaming, tech or entertainment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate international exhibitions end to end: strategy, budget, booth design, on-site delivery and post-event review.
• Plan and produce Playson&Friends parties and high-end client experiences.

About the Role

At Playson, we work with a deliberately small team of people who own what they do. This role follows that model. You’ll ensure our presence at the industry’s biggest international exhibitions, organise our signature Playson&Friends parties, and the exclusive experiences we create for our closest partners. Here, one person’s ownership makes a visible difference. You’ll have real autonomy, direct access to decision-makers, and a brand that cares about quality in everything it puts its name on.

We’re looking for someone who takes a complex project with dozens of moving parts and closes it end to end: budget, vendors, logistics, brand, guests, and the details nobody else noticed. Our clients come to expect the same standard from our events as from our games, and that standard is quality.

Key Responsibilities

International exhibitions and industry events

• Participation at major iGaming events such as ICE, SiGMA and SBC. This runs from strategy and budget through booth design and build to on-site delivery and post-event review.

• Negotiating with organisers, agencies and suppliers to get high-quality delivery within budget, and taking responsibility for both.

Client experiences

• Planning and producing Playson&Friends parties, our signature events where partners come together to celebrate and connect.

• Designing and delivering high-end experiences and one-of-a-kind moments for small groups of key clients.

• Handling every aspect: concept, venues, travel, hospitality, safety, timing and guest experience. Ensuring each experience feels effortless for the guest and reflects Playson’s brand.

Branded client hampers and promotional gifting

• Partnering with Account Managers to turn their promotional initiatives into branded and themed client hampers, including concept, sourcing, production, personalisation and international delivery.

• Building a reliable supplier network and a process that can deliver consistent quality at scale and on short notice.

Requirements

• 3+ years in event management, client hospitality or BTL marketing, ideally in iGaming, tech or entertainment.

• A proven track record of delivering complex international projects end to end, with personal accountability for the outcome. We’ll ask you for examples.

• The ability to manage several large projects at once and stay calm and decisive when plans change on-site.

• Experience producing premium, high-touch experiences for VIP or key-account audiences.

• Strong budget management and confident negotiation with suppliers and agencies.

• A creative eye, strong taste and close attention to brand consistency.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Excellent spoken and written English.

• Knowledge of the global iGaming landscape and events ecosystem is a plus.

• Willingness to travel frequently.
