Job summary

TSMG Holding is seeking experienced Vehicle Test Drivers to support EV prototype testing in the targeted region in Spain. You will drive prototype EVs on predefined routes, visit charging stations, and test charging availability and app functionality, reporting issues along the way.

You will collaborate with a client-side engineer, follow detailed procedures, and travel as required, including cross-border segments, to ensure testing quality and reliability of charging processes.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Clear MVR for the past 5 years.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Drive prototype EVs on predefined routes within the region.
• Visit selected EV charging stations and test charging availability.
• Check charging station availability via vehicle/app and verify charging works.
• Record and report issues or unexpected behavior.
• Follow testing procedures and routes; work with a client-side engineer.
• Travel as required, including cross-border travel.
• Maintain safety and responsibility when operating prototype vehicles.

We are looking for experienced Vehicle Test Drivers to support the testing of new electric vehicles (EVs) in the the targeted region before full scale market launch.

We are looking for experienced Vehicle Test Drivers to support the testing of new electric vehicles (EVs) in the the targeted region before full scale market launch.

The vehicles are prototypes and will be camouflaged. You will work alongside a client-side engineer and drive the vehicle on predefined routes, visiting selected EV charging stations to test charging availability, app functionality, and the overall charging process.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive prototype EVs on predefined routes across the assigned region
• Visit selected EV charging stations (EVCS)
• Check charging station availability through the vehicle/app
• Connect the vehicle to charging stations and verify that the charging process works as expected
• Record and report any issues or unexpected behavior
• Follow predefined testing procedures and routes
• Work closely with a client-side engineer during testing
• Travel as required throughout the project, including cross-border travel in a region where applicable
• Maintain a high level of care and responsibility when operating prototype vehicles

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and strong driving experience
• Clear Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) for the past 5 years
• Clean criminal background check
• Previous experience in automotive, vehicle testing, mapping, data collection, or similar field projects
• Previous experience with Electric Vehicles (EVs) is strongly preferred
• Comfortable with extensive travel and being away from home for the full duration of the project
• Comfortable working alongside engineers and following detailed testing procedures
• Basic technical and smartphone/app skills
• Willing to complete drug screening and participate in random alcohol testing where required
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented
