Xylem seeks a Business Development Manager – WSS Vertical Expansion to grow its Europe portfolio, focusing on Industrial and Municipal sectors. You will craft go-to-market strategies, expand channel partners, and drive new vertical markets across water and wastewater applications.

The role requires strong market analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to forecast demand for rental assets and capital sales. Travel across Europe is expected.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7 years in business development, sales, or market expansion in industrial sectors.
• Experience in go-to-market strategies, channel expansion, and partner ecosystems.
• Fluency in English required.

Responsabilidades

• Drive growth and market presence across Europe in Industrial and Municipal sectors.
• Develop and execute GTM strategies, channel expansion, and vertical growth.
• Forecast demand and support product line growth for rental and capital sales.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Operations, and regional teams.
• Maintain Europe opportunity funnel with KPI dashboards and proactive follow-up.
