Edwards Lifesciences is seeking a Therapy Development Marketing Manager to advance the diagnosis and referral of patients with aortic stenosis across Europe. You will shape strategy, own the CATALYST program, and collaborate with European markets to optimize referrer engagement.

The role requires a university degree in Life Sciences or related field, strong English language skills, and the ability to work in a highly matrixed organization.

Formación

• University degree in Life Sciences or related field; significant Therapy Development experience.
• Fluency in English; additional European languages are an advantage.
• Experience in HCP engagement and strategic marketing within healthcare.

Responsabilidades

• Shape and drive European Therapy Development strategy for referrer engagement.
• Own the CATALYST program strategy and roadmap for referrals.
• Partner with country marketing and field teams to reduce referral barriers.
• Develop and optimize HCP engagement strategies and education programs.
• Coordinate cross-functionally across a matrixed European organization.
