Formación

  • Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Experience in sales or account management, handling KPIs and targets.
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ideally have experience in Life Sciences, IT, or Engineering sectors.

Responsabilidades

  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and develop actionable sales plans.
  • Manage client feedback and internal reporting.
  • Develop relationships and identify business opportunities.
  • Coordinate onboarding with the client and recruit team.
