Starr Insurance Companies in Spain seeks a senior FP&A professional to lead European budgeting, forecasting, and business planning. You will drive performance analysis across branches, countries and products, and support QBRs and management reporting.

The role requires 7+ years in finance with FP&A in insurance or financial services, strong governance, and the ability to influence senior leaders through insightful financial analysis.

Formación

• 7+ years of finance experience with FP&A in insurance or financial services.
• Experience in management reporting and business planning.
• Experience supporting executive teams and regional management.
• Exposure to multinational and multi-jurisdictional operations.
• Experience driving budgeting, forecasting, QBRs and performance reviews.
• Proven ability to influence decision-making through financial analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Lead European budgeting, forecasting and business planning processes.
• Perform financial performance analysis across branches, countries and products.
• Support Quarterly Business Reviews and management reporting.
• Develop business cases, scenario analysis and strategic financial insights.
• Strengthen governance, controls and management information across Europe.
• Act as liaison between European leadership and London finance function.
• Support growth initiatives and strategic projects across the region.
