Starr, a global leader in commercial insurance, is seeking a Senior FP&A professional to drive budgeting, forecasting and business planning across Europe. You will lead profitability analysis by branch, country and product, support quarterly business reviews, and develop strategic financial insights for regional leadership.

You will collaborate with the London finance function, strengthen governance and management information, and play a pivotal role in growth initiatives across the region.

Formación

• 7+ years of finance experience with 3+ years in FP&A within insurance/financial services.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and management reporting background.
• Experience supporting executive teams and regional management.

Responsabilidades

• Own European budgeting, forecasting and business planning processes.
• Lead financial performance analysis for branches, country and products.
• Support QBRs and management reporting across Europe.
• Develop business cases and scenario analysis for strategic insights.
• Strengthen governance, controls and MI across Europe.
• Act as liaison between European leadership and London finance.
• Support growth initiatives and regional strategic projects.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Responsible for European budgeting, forecasting and business planning processes;
• Leading financial performance analysis, including branch, country and product profitability reviews;
• Supporting Quarterly Business Reviews and management reporting;
• Developing business cases, scenario analysis and strategic financial insights;
• Strengthening financial governance, controls and management information across Europe;
• Acting as the primary liaison between European leadership and the London finance function;
• Supporting growth initiatives, organisational changes and strategic projects across the region.

Experience

• 7+ years finance expertise and 3+ years in an FP&A capacity within insurance of Financial Services;
• Management Reporting and business planning background;
• Experience supporting executive teams, regional management and business units;
• Exposure to multinational and multi-jurisdictional operations;
• Experience driving budgeting, forecasting, QBRs and performance reviews.
• Proven ability to influence decision-making through financial analysis.
